Up and Coming Works:

Nepean Business Park

Starting in 2018 citisurv have supplied all the survey requirements for this project. We started with a detail survey and are doing the ongoing set out and twice monthly drone surveys using our latest technology fixed wing drones. We also carry out settlement monitoring once a month. We have resurveyed the lots with a plan of redefinition and are moving onto the first stage of the subdivision.

Willoughby Leisure Center

Citisurv has been engaged by Belmadar Builders to supply the survey for the redevelopment of Willoughby Leisure Center. We laser-scanned the entire project to enable further design to take place by supplying IFC files and are doing the ongoing set out and registered surveys.

Mount View Estate Winery

Citisurv once more have supplied begining to end survey for a project. Starting with a detail survey and ending with a deposited plan for the substations, works-as-executed surveys and survey reports. We used drones to map the vines and laser scanners to scan the completed columns to allow steel design for the roofs.

Turner Road, Gregory Hills

Citisurv have been engaged to supply the linen plans for a 177 lot subdivision at Gregory Hills, starting with a detail survey and laser scan of the high voltage transmission lines adjoining the site. We have prepared draft plans and draft 88b for sales and will in due course do the final plans and registrations for lodgement.

M4 Smart Motorway

Citisurv teamed up wit a tier one Civil contractor to carry out the POSI works for the m4 upgrade, more than 500 survey marks were surveyed from parramatta to penrith. Five POSI plans registered and a few easement plans to boot.

Domain Central Sydney

In 2023 Citisurv completed a level & detailed survey of the whole of the domain precinct in Central Sydney. We partnered with a service-searching Company to add underground services to the CAD model.

Liverpool Road South Strathfield

Citisurv supplied begining to end survey for this project. Starting with a detail survey and ending with a deposited plan and strata plan, in between we set out 2 basements and 5 floors worth of construction survey.
